During this time, we are asking our clients to practice safe social distancing while you're in the studio. If you or a family member develops symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, please come in at the time your service was scheduled. You are welcome to wear a face mask if you prefer until removal for the treatment. For proximity reasons, the Esthetician will wear a face mask during every service. Throughout your visit with us, we make every effort to ensure you are comfortable and able to relax. Extra guests including children are not permitted to wait in the salon during services.
We understand that things come up in life at the last minute where a cancellation or reschedule is required. If you need to make a change, we ask that you update your appointment on our booking site or contact us via email, phone, or text message at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) you had booked. If you do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service you had booked.
We take your protected health information very seriously. We respect the privacy and confidentiality of the information you voluntarily disclose and will honor the professional relationship we have with you. Our electronic forms are protected by HIPAA-compliant software and are accessed by our skincare providers only. Your PHI is only used to determine the best treatments and products for your skin, and to determine eligibility for certain lash and brow services.
Facial services are an excellent way to practice self care and can provide holistic benefits for your mental and physical health. As an Esthetician's scope of practice and range of treatments encompass the largest organ of the body, your health history plays a very important role in helping us determine the best treatment and products for you. We perform a skin analysis and evaluation at each visit and keep records on your health changes so we can serve you safely.
Prior to your first visit, we ask that you complete some electronic health and consent forms (HIPAA-compliant). These are found under "online forms" in our menu or by clicking "online forms" on this page. At times, our skin goes through difficult phases and can be more fragile or compromised. Once we review your health forms, we may contact you to reschedule your appointment if you indicated that you have any contraindications such as a topical or oral medication (like antibiotics, Retin-A, or Isotretinoin, aka Accutane), a contagious skin or health condition, allergies, sunburn, or cold sores which could be exacerbated by a stimulating treatment. We reserve the right to postpone your treatment as we only want what is best for your health. Please reach out if you have any specific questions or requests before your appointment.
Makeup application is a customized process, unique to each one of us and our special event. If you'd like to schedule a trial run of your prom or special event makeup, please reach out so we can meet before your special day. Please feel free to share pictures of your desired look ahead of time by sending to the studio email: email@example.com. There is a flat fee of $50.00 for your makeup trial. If you have your own strip lashes, we will waive the strip lash fee. Keep in mind, our approach is more of a natural enhancement, rather than a heavy transformation of the features. If you have any allergies or questions, please let us know ahead of time.
We will accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or in exchange for another product in stock of equal or lesser value. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for any of our lip products.
If you experience an issue with an opened product such as an allergic reaction or you don't get the anticipated results after using it properly for the recommended time, we require notice via email and a return of the product within 21 days of the purchase. We will provide a credit toward another product in stock of equal or lesser value. We reserve the right to request a time-stamped before/after photo or doctor's note describing the stated issue.
We make every effort to provide customized recommendations based on your needs. If you have an allergy or have experienced a sensitivity to an ingredient or similar products in the past, please let us know and we will recommend an alternate option. We welcome the opportunity to consult with our clients prior to any sale whether you purchase in person or via our online store.
When you place an order, we will make every effort to ship your products within 3 business days. You will receive an email when your order is shipped with tracking information. At this time, we only ship domestically within the United States via the USPS. Please contact us if you require a faster shipping method for any reason. All return shipping costs will be at the sole expense of the Purchaser unless it is our error (wrong product shipped or damaged product arrives).
If you have selected our pickup option, we will notify you by email when your product is ready to pickup. Shipping is FREE for orders totaling $99.00 and up. On all other orders there is a flat shipping fee of $8.00.
